The 2026 edition of Tuttofood introduces a revamped exhibition layout across 10 halls (85,000 net square meters), designed to optimize visitor flow and business matching. A major strategic change, effective in 2026, is the event’s shift to even-numbered years, which will alternate with Anuga in Cologne, creating a harmonized global calendar for food and beverages.
